Credit / Debit Cards Payments

We now accept all major credit cards in store and via the phone. Alternatively you can order via the shopping cart. Simply add your required item to the cart and then follow the on-screen instructions to pay by Credit or Debit card. On placing your order via Paypal you will receive an email confirmation of the order and payment. Please retain this form for future reference.This is your payment receipt. If you do not receive such an email please contact us as soon as possible to confirm we have your order.

Stationery / Personalised Items Payments

As stationery and personalised items are bespoke and require "proof",  as they contain unique details of your Big Day, the same procedure as the Cheque payments apply. To avoid delays and prices confusion, for personalised items and wedding stationery orders, its advisable to either email us your required items with your contact telephone number and we will call you to discuss your order or just visit our shop.   

Personalised items such as coasters, napkins, srolls, bookmarks and favour boxes, please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your order and payment, as the personalisation will require your proof.

Wedding stationery, usually takes longer, therefore, we advice our brides to allow a minimum of 1-2 months to the required day to make their order. Exceptional circumstances  on late orders may be considered

***Please note that 50% deposit will be required up-front  for all personalised items. The balance is payable on the collection/Delivery of the items. Alternatively, you can make the full payment with your order .

Confectionery

Please note that all our confectionery, even if not containing NUTS,

may have been produced around nut products. They are therefore

not suitable for those with NUT ALLERGIES!!!

UK Carriage:

Orders will be dispatched by the most economical method, normally Courier Services or Royal mail on the weight of the package and urgency.On request orders can be sent by expess delivery subject to a surcharge.We accept no responsibility for any lost parcels sent by 1st class mail.

Dispatch:

For Unpersonalised Items

We endeavour to pack  and dispatch all orders  within 7-10 working days from the receipt of your order and payment (For payments by Credit or Debit cards). For cheque payments, cheque should usually clear within 5 working days,therefore please allow extra time than normal. If you intend to pay by cheque please fill out the order form and send it with your payment to us and we will contact you once the cheque has cleared to advise of when the order will be dispatched.In the event of any item being out of stock, we will keep you informed on any delays,wherever possible.The buyer shall not be entitled to refuse to accept late delivery or treat late delivery as a breach of contract in the cases where the matter is out of our hands.No order may be cancelled once goods have been dispatched.

For Personalised Items

Shortages, Damages & Returns:

We cannot unfortunately accept any claims for goods received with shortages unless advised by phone within 4 working days of receipt, and damaged goods withing 48hrs of receipt.Confirmation is required in writing.Goods returned must have been authorised as we will not accept any that have not been authorised prior to receipt.

Undamaged goods returned due to customer error will result in the issue of a credit note following the deduction of a 20% off the full amount paid, as restocking charge.We can not accept any items showing signs of being used, displayed or in such a condition as to render them non re-sellable. (Please note that this does not apply to personalised favors and stationey as a Proof process is used and once the personalization has had customer's proof, we will not be able to refund, as the material has been personalised and cannot be re-used)

Your signature on a courier delivery is confirmation that the package is received undamaged. As such you should check the contents of such deliveries before signing,  it is within your rights for the courier to wait whilst you do so.

Refunds:

We only refund monies paid arising from our error. For all cash payments made, refunds can only paid with a cheque. Alternative refund methods can be arranged  with a notice of up to four working days.

Cancelletion Policy:

If you cancel your order before we dispatch, a full refund will be given.However, any cancellation made after we have dispatched will be treated as a a return and will be subject to the returns policy.

Change Of Address:

If you are an existing Paypal customer, Paypal will attach the address they have on record to your purchase. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the address is correct at time of purchase. Please note that address CAN be edited during the payment process or alternatively contact us with your correct address. If goods are dispatched to an old address provided by Paypal the customer will be liable for all costs incurred by Elegant Bomboniere in the failed delivery, including loss of product and re-delivery cost.

Material Variations:

ELEGANT BOMBONIERE cannot accept responsibility for colour and texture variations which occur occasionally.

Your Privacy:

We do not pass information or mailing lists to third parties.

The personal information which we hold is held securely.

We collect information about you for two reasons:

  • To process your order
  • To provide you with the best service possible

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us.Should you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.We do not charge for this service.

We do not send insolicited emails(spam).

Third party internet sites that you can link to through this Elegant Bomboniere web site are not covered by our privacy and security policy.We accept no responsibility or liability when you leave our site.

Black & White Layouts Proof:

Proof layouts are issued when you place a stationery order with us. This will show you how the wording will fit and gives you an opportunity to check the wording and spelling.We professionally typeset every stationery order to ensure that your chosen wording fits perfectly onto your stationery items.

Proofs are usually produced and sent withing 1-3 working days, and can be sent by email or we can post your proof.

Please note, this is a black and white layout proof, not a printed card proof. You will only need one proof per order, and all printed stationery ordered at the same time will be included.
